Shipping policy

When will my order ship?

 Please allow 1 - 3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for order processing before an order ships. Orders placed during the weekend will ship the following Monday.

Please Note: All international packages are subject to Customs, Duties, and Search. We are not responsible for Duties, Taxes, Customs Fees and any additional fees encountered during the shipping process.

SHIPPING CARRIER DELAYS

 Please keep in mind that once the package is in the hands of a shipping carrier, we rely on the same tracking provided to you.  If you have any concerns about your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information states that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please email straightpressurebrand@gmail.com.
